I run my clinic on Tuesday and Friday from Southcote Proactive Healthcare, a multi-disciplinary practice close to Maidstone towncentre.

 

I offer Jikiden Reiki treatments to help promote relaxation and support clients' wellbeing on both the physical and emotional levels. Reiki is a natural non-invasive hands-on treatment method that originated in Japan.

I also offer Western Herbal Medicine Consultations and Treatments which involve an in-depth consultation process that explores a patient's current health and well-being concerns, considers all the body systems and their medical, dietary, lifestyle, family and social factors in their case history.

Western Herbal Medicine combines modern understanding with traditional knowledge. Consultations are an in-depth process that take into consideration a patient as an entire being and enable me as an herbalist to approach a patient's health and well-being from the roots up.

I also offer specific Women's Wellbeing and Herbal Consultations which include an in-depth consultation designed for exploring the journey of my female clients throughout the stages of womanhood; this enables me to work with a patient during different times of her life from her first period (menarche) as a young woman, to her post-menopausal journey and into her wisdom years.

I can also offer other treatments which I have trained in including colour, crystal, sound and magnetic therapies as well as a variety of practices including body-movement and meditation.
